Community Co-operative Participation Exclusions The following is a non-negotiable list of exclusions from participation in the Waitangi-West Community Co-operative membership. Please understand that 'Due Diligence' processes will be initiated before acceptance of applications. This exclusion list does not apply to 'sole party', 'private group' or 'entity' purchasers where a Community Co-operative mechanism is not intended. Exclusions List Applications from individuals, families or groups to whom any of the following attributes apply will be rejected without further explanation. Exclusion regions: 1. Nationals of all Middle East countries including: Iran, Jordan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Libya, Kuwait, Israel, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Sudan, UAE, Oman, Yemen, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Ethiopia, Somalia, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan. 2. Nationals of all other African countries not included above. 3. Nationals of Indonesia, Mexico, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua. Exclusion groups and individuals: 1. having a criminal record within the past 15 years; 2. with direct connection to any Mafioso or criminal organisation; 3. whose name is currently - or has ever been - on any sex offender register; 4. who has a substance addiction, such as drugs, alcohol, tobacco products; 5. who is a religious fanatic or activist or group or is closely associated with same; 6. afflicted with incurable transmittable disease; 7. inflicted with any transmittable disease until completely cured; 8. families with juvenile delinquent, violent or anti-social children.
